Aufgaben

• Kaufmännische Beratung und Bauherrenvertretung: Sie beraten und unterstützen die Projektleitung in allen kaufmännischen Fragestellungen. Dabei erstellen Sie Entscheidungsvorlagen und vertreten die Interessen der Bauherrenseite gegenüber Generalplanern, Generalunternehmern und weiteren Projektbeteiligten.
• Kosten-, Budget- und Risikomanagement: Sie erstellen und überwachen Projektbudgets, analysieren Kostenentwicklungen und identifizieren wirtschaftliche Risiken frühzeitig. So schaffen Sie Transparenz und Entscheidungsfähigkeit für komplexe Bau- und Entwicklungsprojekte.
• Vertrags- und Nachtragsmanagement: Sie arbeiten eng mit internen Fachbereichen wie Einkauf und Recht zusammen, prüfen Vertragsinhalte, Vertragsänderungen, Nachträge und Abweichungen und wirken an Verhandlungen mit.
• Projektcontrolling und Reporting: Sie verantworten kaufmännische Statusberichte, analysieren Leistungs- und Abrechnungsstände, begleiten das Rechnungsmanagement und stellen eine transparente sowie revisionssichere Dokumentation sicher.
• Ausschreibungen und Vergaben: Sie wirken an Ausschreibungs- und Vergabeprozessen mit, analysieren Angebote aus kaufmännischer Perspektive und unterstützen bei der Bewertung wirtschaftlicher Entscheidungsgrundlagen.
• Schnittstellenmanagement: Sie sind zentrale kaufmännische Schnittstelle zwischen Bauherrenseite, Generalplanern, Generalunternehmern, Einkauf, Recht, Controlling und Projektleitung.

Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Projektmanagement: Sie verfügen über mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Bau- oder Infrastrukturbereich sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit Generalplaner- oder Generalunternehmerstrukturen.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bauvertragsumfeld: Sie bringen gute Kenntnisse in VOB, HOAI, AHO sowie im Vertrags- und Vergaberecht mit und können wirtschaftliche Fragestellungen im Bauprojektkontext sicher einordnen.
• Stärke im Kosten- und Projektcontrolling: Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Kosten-, Budget-, Finanz- und Projektcontrolling und können komplexe wirtschaftliche Daten strukturiert analysieren, bewerten und aufbereiten.
• Erfahrung im Vertrags-, Nachtrags- und Claim-Management: Sie kennen die kaufmännischen Herausforderungen in Bauprojekten und bringen Erfahrung in der Prüfung, Bewertung und Steuerung von Nachträgen, Claims und Vertragsabweichungen mit.
• Passender fachlicher Hintergrund: Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium, beispielsweise im Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, in Betriebswirtschaft, Bauökonomie oder über eine kaufmännische beziehungsweise technische Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Zusatzqualifikation.
• Methoden- und Systemkompetenz: Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit Projektmanagementmethoden und -tools und arbeiten analytisch, strukturiert und nachvollziehbar.
• Kommunikationsstärke: Sie bringen sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse mit.
