Über uns

Hydropulse, eine hundertprozentige Tochtergesellschaft von ITM Power Plc, wird dezentrale Anlagen zur Produktion von grünem Wasserstoff unter Einsatz der modularen NEPTUNE-Technologie von ITM bauen, besitzen und betreiben.

Wir suchen einen Commercial Finance Manager, der als zentraler Business Partner fungiert und durch finanzielle Analysen sowie kommerzielle Modellierung die strategische Entscheidungsfindung unterstützt.

Die Rolle ist praxisorientiert („hands-on“) sowie zukunftsorientiert ausgerichtet und wird das Unternehmen sowohl im Vereinigten Königreich (UK) als auch in der EU unterstützen.

Tasks

• Bereitstellung von wirtschaftlichen Analysen, Finanzmodellierungen sowie Preis- und Margenkalkulationen zur Unterstützung der Entscheidungsfindung bei Geschäftschancen
• Federführung bei allen Finanzthemen für Ausschreibungen (Tender) und kommerzielle Angebote
• Entwicklung und Verantwortung für belastbare Finanz-Businessmodelle, einschließlich Finanzierung, Risikobewertung, Preisgestaltung und Margen
• Unterstützung des Cash-Managements und des Working Capitals
• Unterstützung und konstruktive kritische Begleitung („Challenge“) der Teams in den Bereichen Vertrieb & Business Development, Produktmanagement und Projektmanagement bei der Erstellung hochwertiger Kostenkalkulationen für die Freigabe durch die Geschäftsführung
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Finanzteam zur Gewährleistung einer präzisen Umsatzrealisierung (Revenue Recognition) sowie Überwachung der Einhaltung der entsprechenden Kriterien
• Steuerung und Sicherstellung effektiver Forderungseinzugsprozesse (Cash Collection) für kommerzielle Projekte; dabei zeitnahe Inrechnungstellung nach Erreichen von Meilensteinen in enger Abstimmung mit den Projektmanagern
• Leitung der Erstellung von Projektbudgets, Prognosen (Forecasts) und langfristigen Finanzplänen, einschließlich voraussichtlicher Projektabschlusstermine und Cashflows
• Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von internen Kontrollen (ICS), Finanzrichtlinien und relevanten Rechnungslegungsstandards in allen Prozessen des Commercial Finance.
• Aufbereitung komplexer Finanzanalysen in klare Erkenntnisse und Empfehlungen für die Führungsebene (Executive Level)
• Überwachung der Produkt-Performance nach Auslieferung im Vergleich zum Plan sowie Identifizierung von Abweichungen, Risiken und Korrekturmaßnahmen
• Beobachtung von Branchentrends, regulatorischen Änderungen und Best Practices im Finanz- und Investitionsmanagement zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der kommerziellen Rahmenbedingungen und Tools

Requirements

• Master-Abschluss in einem relevanten Fachbereich (z. B. Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen)
• 5 bis 10 Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung im Finanzwesen (Commercial Finance, Controlling oder Rechnungswesen)
• Kenntnisse in UK-GAAP und HGB (German GAAP) sowie relevanten internationalen Rechnungslegungsstandards (IFRS)
• Technisches Verständnis gepaart mit ausgeprägtem kaufmännischem Scharfsinn
• Fähigkeit zur kooperativen Zusammenarbeit und zur Erarbeitung von Lösungen für komplexe Fragestellungen
• Hohe Anpassungsfähigkeit in einem schnelllebigen und wachstumsorientierten Umfeld
• Qualifikation zum Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) ist wünschenswert
