Position Overview

This position is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of a complex project, ensuring that the application is developed, tested, and deployed successfully. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication, and will take on the role of lead developer, contributing to the development of the project’s technical architecture and ensuring that the application is scalable, maintainable, and meets the project’s goals.

Responsibilities

Oversee the technical aspects of a complex project, ensuring successful development, testing, and deployment.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Contribute to the development of the project’s technical architecture.
Ensure the application is scalable, maintainable, and meets project goals.
Lead developer responsibilities, including mentoring junior developers and providing technical guidance.
Collaborate with project managers to identify and address project issues.
Contribute to the design and development of new features, ensuring they are integrated into the application smoothly.
Perform code reviews and provide feedback on the technical quality of the code.
Ensure the application is secure and meets security requirements.
Contribute to the development of documentation, including user guides and technical documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a software developer or similar role.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of software design patterns and best practices.

Location
