You’ll work directly with some of the world’s largest agrifood companies and project developers, managing complex, multi-stakeholder engagements where scientific rigour and clear communication both matter. Additionally, by supporting data accuracy, tracking revenue admin, and helping to develop and document processes you’ll play a foundational role in shaping how Seqana delivers MRV outcomes at scale.
It’s a role for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating across technical and commercial domains.
Tasks
- Support project delivery across Seqana’s client portfolio, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
- Manage client onboarding workflows: scoping calls, data collection, kickoff documentation, and internal handoffs from the Growth team
- Track project milestones and flag risks early, ensuring the team has visibility on delivery status
- Support coordination between Seqana’s solutions team, product team, and external clients to ensure optimal value is delivered to clients
- Prepare and QA client-facing deliverables: MRV reports, SOC snapshots, sampling designs, and project documentation
- Help build, refine and document internal delivery processes, templates, and workflows as we scale from bespoke engagements to repeatable delivery
- Manage client invoicing and be responsible for the administration of keeping the project management tool and KPI dashboards up-to-date for commercial reporting and financial tracking
- Support client communication by drafting updates, scheduling reviews, and managing follow-ups between milestones
- Contribute to post-project reviews and client feedback loops to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in project management, client success, consulting, or operations (ideally in climate tech, agritech, sustainability, or a technical B2B environment)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail: ability to proactively keep things on track without being asked
- A process-oriented mindset: you notice when things are ad hoc and take initiative to make them structured, documented, and repeatable
- Clear, professional communication: you can translate between technical teams and non-technical clients
- Comfort with early-stage environments: you’ll help build build and refine processes
- Familiarity with project management tools (Notion, Asana, Linear, or similar)
- Interest in soil science, carbon markets, or regenerative agriculture (direct experience is a plus, not a requirement)
- Fluent English (German, French, or Spanish is an advantage)
What makes you stand out
- Experience working with carbon standards or methodologies (Verra, Gold Standard, GHG Protocol)
- Background in geospatial data, remote sensing, or environmental consulting
- Experience in a high-growth startup scaling its delivery function
- Exposure to enterprise or B2B client management with long sales cycles and complex stakeholder maps
Benefits
- A foundational role in a growing climate-tech company with real scientific and commercial impact
- Direct exposure to global clients (Danone, BASF, and others) and cutting-edge carbon methodologies
- A collaborative, mission-driven team that values scientific rigour, transparency, and getting things right
- Hybrid working from Berlin, or remote within the EU
- Competitive salary benchmarked to the Berlin climate-tech market
- Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth, supported by a 500€ training budget
- Opportunity to shape the delivery function from the ground up alongside the Client Solutions Lead
