What You’ll Do
At ClaimSorted, you'll handle claims end to end, from first notification of loss through to settlement. You'll communicate with policyholders throughout the claims journey, ensuring a clear and positive experience. You'll review documentation, verify coverage, and assess liability accurately. You'll set appropriate reserves and manage claims within your authority. You'll identify potential fraud indicators and escalate appropriately. You'll maintain accurate and thorough claims records for audit and compliance. You'll contribute to continuous improvement by flagging process inefficiencies.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with 6+ months of claims experience and must be APA or CIP qualified. You’ll have strong organization and the ability to prioritize independently. You’ll be comfortable using data to make decisions and be team-oriented, hardworking, and ambitious. You'll have startup or high-growth experience and be a leader, mentor, or coach. You'll have experience leading, mentoring, or coaching others. You'll be comfortable working in a high-performance environment that rewards talent and hard work.
