Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Company Overview:

Position Details:
- Location: Remote or Preferred Location (Remote)
- Reporting: Direct to the Head of Engineering

Key Responsibilities:
1. Backend Development:
- Design and implement efficient backend solutions using a variety of technologies such as Node.js, Python, and Java.
- Develop robust APIs and microservices for integration with front-end applications.
- Ensure data integrity and scalability by implementing best practices in database management and security.
2. Frontend Development:
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure consistent design guidelines and usability.
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure seamless user experience across devices.
3. API Integration:
- Integrate backend services with front-end applications using RESTful APIs.
- Develop and maintain API documentation for easy integration with other systems.
- Handle authentication and authorization using OAuth, JWT, and other modern security standards.
4. Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure the reliability and stability of the application.
- Implement continuous integration and deployment pipelines using Jenkins or CircleCI.
- Collaborate with QA engineers to identify and fix bugs and improve the overall quality of the application.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on project progress and challenges.
- Adhere to Agile methodologies and contribute to the development of the team's processes and practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following technologies: Node.js, Python, Java, React, Angular, Vue.js.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and experience with Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with database management and security.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest in technology.
