Aufgaben

Strategie & Budget

  • Sie tragen die Gesamtverantwortung für die Marketing- und Wachstumsstrategie. Dabei steuern Sie alle Marketingbudgets anhand klar definierter Prozesse und KPIs ergebnisorientiert entlang der gesamten Customer Journey.

Omnichannel & Brand

  • Sie schärfen das Markenprofil und orchestrieren alle Kanäle - von TV-/Radio-Kampagnen bis hin zu PR und Digital Content.

Performance & Data

  • Sie treiben performance-getriebenes Marketing (Paid Media, SEO, GEO) und Marketing-Automation messbar voran. Ihr Fokus liegt dabei auf der Verzahnung der Content-Strategie, SEO und GEO zu einem nachhaltigen Wachstumshebel.

Filial- & Lokal-Marketing

  • Für das wachsende Filialnetz entwickeln Sie skalierbare, regionale Konzepte und stellen Tools und Guidelines (Local SEO/Google Business Profile, POS-Materialien) zur Verfügung.

CRM & Retention

  • Sie sind verantwortlich für Lifecycle- und Retention-Kampagnen zur Maximierung des Customer Lifetime Value und nachhaltiger Kundenbindung.

Führung & Kultur

  • Sie leiten ein Team von rund 15 Mitarbeitenden, geben klare Orientierung, fördern moderne Arbeitsweisen und entwickeln eine leistungs- und lernorientierte Kultur.

Qualifikation

Akademischer Hintergrund

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

Führungserfahrung

  • Langjährige Führungserfahrung im B2C-Marketing - idealerweise innerhalb einer Filial- Struktur.

Erfolgsbilanz

  • Nachweisbare Resultate im performance-getriebenen digitalen Marketing über mehrere Kanäle – von Conversion-Optimierung über Funnel-Management bis zur Gestaltung kanalübergreifender Customer Journeys.

Fachkompetenz

  • Tiefe Expertise in SEO und modernen GEO-Strategien für nachhaltiges Leadwachstum und die Skalierung erfolgreicher Kampagnen. Fundierte Erfahrung in Media-Planung/-Einkauf (insb. TV/Radio), CRM- & Lifecycle-Marketing sowie PR.
