Aufgaben

Deine Rolle

Als CFO bist du strategischer Sparringspartner des CEOs und vollwertiges Mitglied des Leadership Teams. Du verantwortest die finanzielle und organisatorische Skalierung des Unternehmens – von der Finanzstrategie über M&A bis hin zu People & Compensation. Du schaffst Transparenz, sicherst Profitabilität und legst das Fundament für nachhaltiges Wachstum.

Deine Aufgaben

Finanzstrategie & Steuerung

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Finanzstrategie inkl. 3–5-Jahres-Planung
• KPI-gestützte Steuerung von Wachstum, Cashflow und Profitabilität
• Reporting an Geschäftsführung, Gesellschafter und Board

Finance Operations

• Aufbau und Skalierung effizienter Finanzprozesse (AR/AP, Billing, SaaS-Metriken)
• Monatliches Controlling, Forecasting und Cash Management
• Verantwortung für Budgetplanung, Kostenstrukturen und Performanceziele

Investoren- & Stakeholder-Management

• Professionelle Steuerung der Investor Relations und Board-Kommunikation
• Vertrauensvolle Schnittstelle zu Verdane und weiteren Gesellschaftern

M&A & Corporate Development

• Identifikation und Bewertung von Akquisitionstargets (Buy & Build)
• End-to-End-Verantwortung: Due Diligence, Deal Execution und Post-Merger-Integration
• Vorbereitung und Unterstützung künftiger Exit- oder Investorenprozesse

Nice to have: Revenue Operations (Commercial Finance)

• Mitgestaltung von Pricing, Packaging und Unit Economics (MRR/ARR, CAC, LTV)
