This role plays a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing space utilization, and driving growth for Pattern’s global ecommerce marketplaces.
Pattern accelerates brands on the Amazon, Walmart, Target, eBay, Tmall, TikTok Shop, JD, and Mercado Libre marketplaces, leveraging sophisticated technology and AI to optimize and automate ecommerce growth. Pattern is on the cutting edge of technology, constantly evolving to meet the demands of the fast-growing ecommerce industry.
This full-time remote position requires approximately 30% travel to Pattern’s U.S. warehouse locations. The Director of Facilities will oversee daily operations, maintain facilities, manage budgets, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal facility performance. They will also lead the development of a facilities and reliability strategy, manage lease management, and partner with IT, People Ops, Safety, Real Estate/Construction, and leadership to enhance the employee experience.
The successful candidate should have significant leadership experience in facilities management, maintenance/reliability, workplace operations, or a related field. They should have proven experience in managing small and large office or site environments, particularly in high-growth or tech companies. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of building systems, vendor management, and a proven track record of project management, including developing PM programs, scorecards, and inspection routines. They should also be skilled in preventive maintenance, risk identification and management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
