About the Role
Position Overview: The CEO - AI Finance will be responsible for defining, strategizing, and implementing the AI Finance product, ensuring high reliability and ease of use for long-running workflows, persistent context, and real-world task completion. The role will work closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to build and launch innovative financial solutions, and will own the P&L, customer growth, revenue, unit economics, and operating performance.
What You Will Do
Define the AI Finance product strategy, roadmap, and business model.
Identify financial workflows where AI can fundamentally improve the user experience, cost, or speed.
Build AI-native financial products from concept through launch and scale.
Own the P&L, customer growth, revenue, unit economics, and operating performance.
Work closely with product, engineering, and AI teams on product capabilities and user experience.
Build the core team across product, technology, operations, and commercial functions.
Expand into new financial products and markets as the business scales.
What You Need
Strong experience building consumer fintech, financial services, or technology products.
Direct ownership of a meaningful product, business, or P&L.
Strong understanding of consumer finance, business models, and unit economics.
Strong product judgment and understanding of how AI can change existing financial workflows.
Experience building products and teams in high-growth technology environments.
Hands-on operating style - able to work directly through product, AI capabilities, economics, and customer problems.
