Lead Full-Stack Developer
We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team at ABC Software. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong background in front-end and back-end development, eager to lead projects from start to finish.
As a Lead Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing cutting-edge web applications that meet client requirements and exceed expectations. This includes front-end development using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Developing robust and scalable back-end systems using technologies like Node.js, Python, or Ruby. You will ensure that your projects are well-architected, maintainable, and performant.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and engineers, to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end solutions.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers on best practices, project management techniques, and advanced development techniques.
- Continuously improving the development process by implementing new technologies and methodologies that enhance productivity and quality.
- Ensuring code quality through rigorous testing and code reviews, and maintaining a high level of security and reliability.
- Participating in industry conferences, webinars, and training sessions to keep up with the latest trends and technologies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Expert knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular, and a solid understanding of web development technologies.
- Experience with Node.js, Python, or Ruby for building scalable back-end systems.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
