Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement efficient software solutions that meet the needs of our clients and users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that software requirements are met and that the software is integrated smoothly into our existing systems.
- Identify and solve technical challenges and issues that arise during the development process.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that follows the best practices of the software development community.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure that the code you contribute to is of high quality and adheres to the standards of our development team.
- Work closely with the project manager to ensure that the project goals are met and that the software is delivered on time and within budget.
- Continuously learn and improve your technical skills through ongoing education and training.
- Assist in the testing and debugging of software to ensure that it is functioning correctly and meets the standards of our quality assurance team.
- Participate in agile development practices to ensure that the software is delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
- Take ownership of the software you develop and ensure that it meets the needs of our customers and users.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in software development.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Experience with software testing and debugging.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
