As a senior engineer, you will be leading a team of 11, including two engineering managers, and will be a key member of the leadership team. This role offers a hands-on approach, with the technical direction being your primary responsibility. The role will also involve working closely with Product, Data Science, energy market experts, and other disciplines to ensure alignment with real-world constraints. The successful candidate must have strong technical skills, including experience in cloud, distributed backend, high-volume data pipelines, IoT integration, and optimization in production. They should have experience with incident management, security, and compliance, and be able to effectively communicate with the team.
