As a Senior Brand Designer for Synthesia, your primary responsibility is to shape Synthesia's brand identity and presence in experiential environments globally. You will translate and expand Synthesia's brand into physical and experiential environments, from trade shows to conferences, and keynotes, while maintaining a consistent and memorable visual identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design physical and digital brand experiences, including booths, spatial environments, signage, and print assets, to enhance the visual communication of Synthesia's events and keynotes.
- Create cohesive identities across physical and digital touchpoints, including presentations, environments, social media posts, and events websites.
- Design motion and screen-based content for events and keynotes, ensuring high production quality and on-site execution standards.
- Work closely with Field Marketing and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life, raise the bar on how Synthesia shows up, and partner with external vendors, agencies, and fabricators.
- Own production quality, manage print setup, supplier-ready files, and on-site execution standards, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Develop concepts and production discipline for physical and digital brand experiences, ensuring a seamless and effective presence at all touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with partners, vendors, and agencies to bring designs to life, maintaining high standards of quality and execution.
- Provide art direction and guidance to external vendors, agencies, and fabricators, ensuring that the final designs meet Synthesia's standards.
- Ensure that design work is aligned with production processes, managing the entire design-to-production workflow, including Figma to Adobe Illustrator translation.
- Own the production quality of design work, managing the entire design-to-production workflow, including Figma to Adobe Illustrator translation.
- Lead projects end-to-end in a low-process environment, ensuring that design work is executed effectively and efficiently.
