As a data analyst within the UK team, you will be responsible for generating insights that will inform our commercial decisions. Your role will involve leading a high-performing team, developing strategic analytics, and enabling the company to react quickly to the ever-changing energy industry.
Throughout your role, you will be working closely with the Commercial, Sales, Marketing, and Energy Markets teams to ensure our insights are presented in a way that is easily understood by non-technical stakeholders. You will also be responsible for building and prioritizing the data teams supporting our global operations, balancing local needs with global opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you should have experience leading a data team, be skilled with modern data platforms and analytical tools, possess strong communication skills, and a passion for both hands-on data work and leading teams to deliver insights. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) and be able to help people across the business understand the key drivers of their operations.
