The role is seeking a Business / Industry co-founder specialized in OT security go-to-market, as well as a CTO / software co-founder with experience in OT/ICS development. GuardSphere is also open to a co-founder with a background in software development. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development or sales within OT/ICS cybersecurity, industrial automation, or a related B2B industrial technology field. They should understand the budget and decision-making processes of Plant Managers and CISOs, and be familiar with IEC 62443 and industrial compliance standards. The company is looking for someone with existing networks in industrial procurement and a background in cybersecurity to support fundraising alongside Farah Elshenawy. The opportunity also offers a co-founder who can contribute to the development of the software component, with hands-on experience in OT/ICS software development.
