Aufgaben

Das erwartet dich.

Du baust unser Wachstum praktisch mit auf: Videos drehen und schneiden, Creatives bauen, Kampagnen aufsetzen, Landingpages testen, Leads generieren und Deals closen. Voller Funnel, von Awareness bis Revenue – schnell, pragmatisch, messbar. Folgende Tätigkeiten erwarten dich:

• Content & Creatives: Kurzvideos konzipieren, drehen, schneiden, Ads & Social-Assets sowie Thumbnails erstellen.
• Paid & Organic Acquisition: Ads auf verschiedenen Plattformen aufsetzen, testen und skalieren.
• Web & Tracking: Landingpages bauen, Events & Conversions tracken.
• Automation & Tooling: CRM/Marketing-Automation, Zapier/Make-Flows, einfache Skripte/Prompts, UTM-Hygiene.
• Outbound & Sales Enablement: Sequenzen (E-Mail/LinkedIn), Lead-Research, Qualifizierung, Pipeline-Pflege im CRM, Angebote & Follow-ups.
• Go-to-Market: Offer/Messaging, Hooks & Value Props entwickeln.
• Analytics & Learning: Experimente planen, Reporting, Win/Loss sowie Budgetsteuerung.
