Aufgaben

Dein Aufgabengebiet

• Spannende Projekte bei namhaften Banken
• Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Kunden in agilen IT-Projekten (Fokus Wertpapier)
• Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen, Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen und Erarbeitung von Lösungskonzepten
• Konzeption von Kundenanwendungen (User Stories), Planung und Durchführung von ProjektenEinbindung in Projekt-Teams unserer Kunden: Projektstandort Frankfurt am Main, 2 Tage pro Woche vor Ort beim Kunden, ansonsten remote

Qualifikation

Dein Profil

• Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Beratung, Fintech, Agentur, Börse oder Bank – idealerweise mit direktem Bezug zum Wertpapiergeschäft
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Wertpapierbereich: Du kennst die gängigen Wertpapierprodukte (Aktien, ETFs, Derivate, Fonds etc.) und verstehst die Struktur des Broker- und Wertpapiermarktes in Deutschland – du kannst fachliche Zusammenhänge einordnen und gegenüber Kunden erklären
• Technisches Schnittstellenverständnis: Du musst nicht selbst programmieren, aber du kannst fachliche Anforderungen präzise formulieren, in technische Anforderungen übersetzen und dich souverän mit Entwicklerteams austauschen – du weißt, wie Software entsteht
• Agile Projekterfahrung: Du hast aktiv in agilen Umsetzungsprojekten mitgearbeitet (Scrum, Kanban o. ä.), kannst dich schnell in neue Projektumfelder einarbeiten und arbeitest selbstständig, ohne auf fertige Strukturen angewiesen zu sein
• Kenntnisse digitaler Trends und Technologien im Finanzsektor (z. B. Digitalisierung von Wertpapierprozessen, KI-Anwendungen, Regulatorik) und Fokusthemen wie Kinder- & Altersvorsorgedepots
• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Finance oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, hohe Ergebnisorientierung und Leistungsbereitschaft
• Starke Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten – auf Augenhöhe mit Fach- und IT-Seite
• Teamfähig, kundenorientiert und bereit, in einer Boutique-Beratung nicht nur Projekte zu gestalten, sondern das Unternehmen aktiv mit zu entwickeln
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
