Introduction

In dieser Rolle baust du den Hebel, der Omnora in der Execution schneller macht als den Markt: Agentisierung. Du identifizierst die Prozesse und Entscheidungsstellen mit dem größten Business-Impact und übersetzt sie in agentenbasierte Workflows und KI-gestützte Automatisierung, die wirklich laufen: zuverlässig, messbar, skalierbar.
Du bist nicht “Reporting-BA”. Du bist Business Übersetzer:in mit Ownership. Du priorisierst Use Cases nach Impact, modellierst Daten und Prozesse, definierst Erfolgskriterien und bringst AI Agents von “Proof” zu “Production”. Gleichzeitig bearbeitest du klassische Business-Analyst-Themen: Insights, KPI-Systeme, Forecasting, Prozessoptimierung, Business Cases, Stakeholder-Alignment.
Kurz gesagt: Du machst aus Komplexität Klarheit und aus Klarheit automatisierte Ergebnisse.

How you can make an impact

  • Agentisierung mit Business-Fokus: Du identifizierst High-ROI-Prozesse (z. B. Sales Ops, Finance, Internal Ops), definierst agentische Workflows und sorgst für messbare Effekte.
  • Use-Cases & Priorisierung: Du baust eine klare Pipeline aus AI/Automation-Use-Cases: Scoring nach Impact, Risiko, Umsetzungsaufwand, Abhängigkeiten und bringst Entscheidungen auf Executive-Niveau.
  • From Problem to Spec to Build: Du übersetzt Business-Probleme in präzise Requirements (Inputs, Regeln, Leitplanken, Outputs), begleitest Implementierung und sorgst für klare Kriterien
  • AI-Agenten in die Realität bringen: Du definierst, wo Agents autonom handeln dürfen, wo ein Mensch nötig ist, und wie wir Fehler, Escalations, Monitoring und kontinuierliche Verbesserung sauber aufsetzen. Daraufhin entwickelst du diese Agenten und bringst sie "zum Leben".
  • Data & KPI Architecture: Du baust KPI-Systeme, Dashboards und Datenmodelle, die Teams steuern können, nicht nur anschauen. Single Source of Truth statt KPI-Debatten.

Skills to be successful

  • Business Analyst Fundamentals: 3+ Jahre (oder äquivalent) Erfahrung in Business Analysis, Ops/RevOps, Product Analytics, Consulting oder einem datengetriebenen Scale-up-Umfeld. Entscheidend: du lieferst Ergebnisse.
