Aufgaben

Sie…

• übernehmen die Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung unserer Eingangsrechnungen.
• erstellen wöchentliche Zahlungsvorschläge und bereiten die Zahlungen vor.
• unterstützen bei der Erstellung von Quartalsabschlüssen und arbeiten eng mit unseren Steuerberatern zusammen.
• klären und stimmen Debitoren- und Kreditorenkonten eigenverantwortlich ab.
• betreuen unsere internationalen Tochtergesellschaften, insbesondere in den USA und Großbritannien, und verstehen sich als kompetenter Ansprechpartner für Ihre Kolleginnen und Kollegen.
• übernehmen allgemeine kaufmännische Verwaltungs- und Bürotätigkeiten.
• bringen sich aktiv mit Ideen zur Optimierung bestehender Prozesse sowie zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Finanzorganisation ein.

Qualifikation

Sie…

• verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellter (m/w/d), Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder über eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung.
• arbeiten selbstständig, sorgfältig und verantwortungsbewusst.
• besitzen idealerweise Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP.
• verfügen über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• zeichnen sich durch Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein hohes Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein aus.
• denken analytisch, arbeiten strukturiert und haben eine ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität.
