Wir sind eine etablierte Hausverwaltung und kümmern uns täglich um die Verwaltung und Betreuung von Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien. Unsere Buchhaltung ist outgesourct – wir suchen eine zuverlässige Unterstützung, die alle buchhalterischen Vorgänge intern vorbereitet, koordiniert und unserem externen Buchhaltungsbüro zuarbeitet.

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben

Vorbereitung und Zuarbeit für die Buchung von Geschäftsvorfällen und Hausgeldern

  • Sammeln, prüfen und sortieren von Rechnungen und Belegen
  • Vorbereitung und strukturierte Weiterleitung aller Unterlagen an unser externes Buchhaltungsbüro
  • Zuarbeit bei der Erstellung der jährlichen Betriebskostenabrechnungen
  • Überwachung von Zahlungseingängen sowie Bearbeitung des Mahnwesens
  • Beantwortung von Rückfragen von Eigentümern und Mietern

Qualifikation

Dein Profil

  • Kaufmännische Grundkenntnisse oder Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit, idealerweise im Bereich Buchhaltung oder Rechnungswesen
  • Grundkenntnisse in der Buchführung von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und Diskretion
  • Sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind zwingende Voraussetzung
