Yo guys, don't give up, after 300+ applications and 32 interviews i finally got a job offer, and accepted! Here's what I learned: AI interview = bullshit "Please record a 1 min video introducing yourself" = bullshit Every job board website besides LinkedIn and Glassdoor = bullshit LinkedIn / Resume optimization = Great! Must do! Training interviews scenarios talking with chatgpt = 10/10 Larping (but no much) = 8/10 (must be very confident) Anyway, just be concistent, the time will come, i kept looking for 8 months. And please prepare yourself for the interviews, think that it is just a call to know you better, be human, be kind, smile (and larp a little). Feel free to ask anything.
