We're looking for a Head of Creative Operations & Transformation to build and lead the next evolution of our creative capability at Wolt. This is a role for someone who loves designing systems, scaling teams, and making creative work smarter, faster, and more effective. You'll shape how we deliver creative at scale, defining new ways of working, introducing automation, production and AI technology, and setting the standard for operational excellence in the creative process, with particular focus on the lower funnel, performance marketing creative flywheel and how we scale localisations across all customer touchpoints.. This is a unique opportunity to help build the foundation for how Wolt creates and delivers content in a world increasingly powered by automation and AI. The role is complex as operates in a Global capacity across 30+ countries so simplifying complex workflows and looking for solutions that work at scale is essential. 

About the Role

  • Define and deliver an updated operating model for creative operations and content production at Wolt, with a key focus on localisation at scale.
  • Continue implementation of new tooling that will enable creative teams to move faster while maintaining quality and consistency, with a key focus on lower funnel performance marketing infrastructure. 
  • Own and manage OPEX budget planning and forecasting, working with Finance and Planning. 
  • Establish and own scalable processes for end to end campaign & content production across all assets types & channels, working with internal creative team and external agencies.
  • Develop clear standards, resource models, measurement frameworks and reporting cadence to improve efficiency and output quality of the brand team.
  • Lead the setup and adoption of workflow platforms, DAM systems, and creative automation tools.
  • Partner with internal teams to explore the potential of AI in creative production internally and through the agency ecosystem.
  • Work closely with Global Brand Strategy, Performance Marketing, and Local Market teams to align priorities and streamline delivery.
  • Collaborate with wider Doordash international colleagues to harness best practices, along with Procurement, Finance, and Legal to design vendor and production frameworks that balance cost, speed, and quality.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence across creative teams.

About You

  • Experienced creative operations or production leader, ideally within a global or multi-market organisation.
  • Proven ability to design and scale creative workflows, tools, and systems that drive efficiency and impact with evidence of step changing performance marketing creative ecosystem.
  • Deep understanding of creative processes and production disciplines, from design and copy to motion and digital.
  • Hands-on experience to set up and operationalise creative automation, workflow management, or digital asset management platforms.
  • Comfortable operating at the intersection of creativity, technology, and process improvement.
  • Strong collaborator who can translate between creative, marketing, and operational teams.
  • Skilled at managing complexity, prioritising effectively, and creating clarity in ambiguous environments.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to deliver both long-term transformation and short-term results.
  • Passionate about helping creative teams do their best work through smarter systems and new technology.
  • Curious, adaptable, and motivated by the evolving future of creative automation and production AI.
