Aufgaben

1. Content-Strategie: Du konzeptionierst und realisierst eigenständig Content-Formate, die unsere Projekte und Quartiere sowie deren Entwicklung sichtbar machen.
2. Produktion: Du planst und produzierst hochwertige Posts und Kurzvideoformate (Reels/TikTok) von der Idee bis zum Schnitt.
3. Brand-Botschafter: Du trittst sicher vor der Kamera auf oder moderierst Formate gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung und dem Team vor Ort.
4. Community-Management: Du betreust die Interaktionen auf unseren Kanälen und baust eine aktive Bindung zu unseren Zielgruppen auf.
5. On-Site Reporting: Du begleitest unsere Bauprojekte und Bestandsobjekte direkt vor Ort, um authentische Einblicke zu gewähren.

Qualifikation

• Kommunikationsstärke: Du verfügst über ein exzellentes deutsches Sprachgefühl und ein Gespür für wirkungsvolles Storytelling.
• Medienkompetenz: Du hast Erfahrung in der Content-Produktion und bist sicher im Umgang mit gängigen Erstellungs-Tools (Schnitt, Design, Planung).
• Präsenz: Du überzeugst durch ein sympathisches und professionelles Auftreten vor der Kamera.
• Mindset: Du arbeitest proaktiv, denkst unternehmerisch und bringst eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit.
• Mobilität: Ein Führerschein der Klasse B ist für die Einsätze in unseren Quartieren zwingend erforderlich.
