Deine Mission
In dieser Rolle unterstützt du die operative Weiterentwicklung der Marke iad Deutschland und stärkst gleichzeitig die Kommunikation mit unserer Berater-Community. Du entwickelst wirkungsvolle Inhalte, gestaltest Marketingmaterialien und Templates und stellst sicher, dass unsere Marke über alle Touchpoints hinweg konsistent, modern und nutzerfreundlich wahrgenommen wird.
Aufgaben
- Erstellung von Visuals, Social-Media-Assets, Reels und Kurzvideos
- Gestaltung von Marketingmaterialien für interne und externe Kommunikation
- Entwicklung und Pflege von Canva-Templates für unser Beraternetzwerk
- Anpassung und Lokalisierung internationaler Marketing-Assets (DE/EN)
- Erstellung von Content für interne Kommunikationskanäle
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Community-Formaten
- Mitwirkung bei der Organisation und Kommunikation rund um interne und externe Events
- Pflege und Strukturierung von Marketing-Assets und Materialien
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des iad Shops (Merchandising & Werbemittel)
Qualifikation
Was wir suchen
- 4–8 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Brand, Content, Marketing oder Grafikdesign
- Starke Fähigkeiten in Design und Content Creation
- Sicherer Umgang mit Canva und der Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects)
- Grundkenntnisse in Videobearbeitung (Reels, Kurzvideos)
- Erfahrung mit PowerPoint, Word sowie grundlegende Kenntnisse in Excel / Google Sheets
- Strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise mit einem guten Gespür für Design und Markenkommunikation
- Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch auf C2-Niveau und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
