Im Auftrag unseres Kunden suchen wir einen Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) für ein etabliertes, mittelständisches Unternehmen in zentraler Lage in Hamburg. Ca. 120-180 Mitarbeitende, kurze Wege, gute Konditionen und ein Finanzteam, das lieber ordentlich arbeitet als laut trommelt.

Unser Mandant ist ein gewachsenes Hamburger Mittelstandsunternehmen: professionell aufgestellt, wirtschaftlich stabil und groß genug, damit es spannende Themen gibt - aber klein genug, damit man nicht für jede Rückfrage einen Termin mit drei Abteilungen und einem Lenkungsausschuss braucht.

Gesucht wird jemand, der Zahlen ernst nimmt, Abschlüsse sauber hinbekommt und trotzdem menschlich nicht klingt wie eine Excel-Fehlermeldung. Norddeutsch gesagt: vernünftig, klar, zuverlässig.

Aufgaben

Worum es geht

In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie zentrale Aufgaben in der Finanzbuchhaltung und wirken maßgeblich an Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen mit. Sie behalten Konten, Rückstellungen, Abgrenzungen und Auswertungen im Blick und sorgen dafür, dass aus vielen Zahlen ein belastbares Gesamtbild wird.

Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit der Finanzleitung, dem Controlling, externen Steuerberatern und weiteren internen Ansprechpartnern zusammen. Es geht nicht um Konzernromantik mit 14 Abstimmungsschleifen, sondern um echte operative Verantwortung im Mittelstand.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Sie erstellen und unterstützen Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB.
• Sie bearbeiten laufende Geschäftsvorfälle in der Finanzbuchhaltung und prüfen Konten, Buchungen und Abstimmungen.
• Sie übernehmen Themen wie Rückstellungen, Abgrenzungen, Anlagenbuchhaltung, Umsatzsteuer und Auswertungen - je nach Erfahrung und Schwerpunkt.
• Sie arbeiten eng mit Steuerberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfung, Controlling und internen Fachbereichen zusammen.
• Sie bringen sich bei Prozessverbesserungen ein, insbesondere dort, wo Dinge heute noch nach dem Motto „haben wir schon immer so gemacht“ laufen.
• Sie sorgen dafür, dass Abschlüsse nicht nur fertig werden, sondern auch nachvollziehbar, sauber und belastbar sind.

Qualifikation

• Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein betriebswirtschaftlicher Hintergrund oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Eine Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) ist ideal, aber nicht zwingend, wenn die praktische Erfahrung sitzt.
• Gute Kenntnisse in der Finanzbuchhaltung und im HGB-Abschlussumfeld.
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel. Keine Sorge: Pivot-Tabellen sind willkommen, aber niemand erwartet Zauberei bei Kerzenschein.
• Eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und verbindliche Arbeitsweise.
• Lust auf ein Umfeld, in dem man Verantwortung übernimmt, aber nicht jeden Tag auf der politischen Bühne tanzen muss.
