Zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Fachbereichs Leittechnik suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die technische Expertise, Projektkompetenz und unternehmerisches Denken verbindet. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Rolle gestalten Sie aktiv Projekte, führen Mitarbeiter und entwickeln Kundenbeziehungen weiter.

Aufgaben

• Sie übernehmen die fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des Bereichs Technical Experts – Services Leittechnik
• Sie verantworten die Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung interner Prozesse im Fachbereich
• Sie führen technische und kaufmännische Verhandlungen mit Kunden und Lieferanten
• Sie betreuen unsere Mitarbeiter und Partner auf nationalen und internationalen Projekten und Baustellen
• Sie übernehmen die disziplinarische Führung von Mitarbeitern am Standort Römerberg sowie im Projekteinsatz
• Sie tragen Umsatz- und Budgetverantwortung und entwickeln gemeinsam mit dem Vertrieb bestehende Kundenbeziehungen weiter

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektro-, Automatisierungs- oder Energietechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in den Bereichen Vertrieb, Engineering oder Projektmanagement

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in mindestens einem der folgenden Bereiche:

• Prozess- oder Kraftwerksautomatisierung

• Energieübertragung

• innovative Energiekonzepte

• Unternehmerisches Denken, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Reisebereitschaft im Rahmen nationaler und internationaler Projekte
