Unsere Bauleiter sorgen dafür, dass Planung und Realität auf der Baustelle zusammenpassen. Sie koordinieren Beteiligte, lösen Probleme pragmatisch und stellen sicher, dass Anlagen sicher, sauber und termingerecht in Betrieb gehen.
Aufgaben
💡 Deine Rolle
Als Bauleiter / Site Manager Batteriespeicher & Netzanschluss (m/w/d) verantwortest du die technische Umsetzung unserer Projekte vor Ort. Du bist Bindeglied zwischen Planung, Projektmanagement, Nachunternehmern und Netzbetreibern.
Du erkennst Probleme, bevor sie kritisch werden, triffst eigenständig Entscheidungen auf der Baustelle und sorgst dafür, dass am Ende eine Anlage steht, die der Netzbetreiber ohne Verzögerung zuschaltet.
⚡ Deine Aufgaben
- Lesen und Bewerten technischer Zeichnungen, Einliniendiagramme und Trassenpläne
- Vor-Ort-Aufnahmen von Standortgegebenheiten und elektrotechnischen Bestandsanlagen
- Bewertung von Ausführungs- und Anschlussmöglichkeiten direkt auf der Baustelle
- Prüfung der Machbarkeit des aktuellen Planstands gegen die Realität vor Ort
- Koordination von Nachunternehmern, Dienstleistern und Kunden auf der Baustelle
- Organisation der Baustelleneinrichtung auf Projektbasis
- Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei Terminplanung und Bauablaufkoordination
- Regelmäßige Erstellung von Baufortschrittsberichten an das Projektteam
- Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und Vor-Ort-Abnahmen
- Begleitung von Schutzprüfungen, Netzbetreiberterminen und Inbetriebnahmen
Qualifikation
🎯 Dein Profil
- Fundierter elektrotechnischer Hintergrund aus Ausbildung, Weiterbildung (Techniker, Meister), Studium oder langjähriger Praxiserfahrung
- Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Bauprojekten, idealerweise als Bauleiter, Obermonteur oder in vergleichbarer Rolle
- Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Nachunternehmern und Kunden – die richtige Mischung aus klarer Linie und kooperativem Stil
- Fähigkeit, auf der Baustelle pragmatische Entscheidungen zu treffen und gleichzeitig Risiken richtig zu eskalieren
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1)
- Bereitschaft zu Reisetätigkeit innerhalb Deutschlands

- Kenntnisse im Netzanschluss oder Mittelspannungsbereich
