Role Overview and Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our rapidly growing technology company. This role will be responsible for the development and maintenance of web-based applications using the latest front-end and back-end technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both JavaScript frameworks and server-side languages, along with an extensive knowledge of database management systems. Additionally, excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for creating user-friendly, high-performance applications are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain Web Applications: Create and maintain robust, scalable, and user-friendly web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies such as React, Angular, and Node.js.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with designers, product managers, and other development teams to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
- Implement Security Measures: Design and implement security protocols to protect applications against common web vulnerabilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Database Management and Optimization: Develop efficient database solutions and optimize existing applications for improved performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and Debug: Identify and resolve technical issues quickly, providing detailed reports and solutions.
- Adapt to New Technologies: Stay updated with the latest trends in web development, including emerging technologies like GraphQL and microservices, and apply them to current projects.
Required Skills and Experience
- Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Proficiency in server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby.
- Strong understanding of database management systems and their integration with web applications.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Experience with web development frameworks, including RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their integration with applications.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git and continuous integration tools like Jenkins.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to project goals.
- Technical Experience:
- Experience in developing and maintaining large-scale web applications.
- Knowledge of security best practices and experience with security testing tools.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and software development lifecycles.
Educational and Professional Background
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on front-end and back-end technologies.
- Certifications: Possessing relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Certified Professional Cloud Engineer) is highly desirable.
