Aufgaben

Während Ihrer dreijährigen Ausbildung erwerben Sie umfassende Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Support und Vertrieb. In diesen Abteilungen vermitteln wir Ihnen sowohl technisches als auch kaufmännisches Wissen über unser Produkt- und Dienstleistungsportfolio. Dieses Fachwissen setzen Sie im Rahmen der Beratung von Interessenten, der Neukundengewinnung, der Kundenbetreuung sowie der Kundenbindung ein. Sie durchlaufen alle Phasen einer Anfrage, von der Annahme per E-Mail oder Telefon, über die Bearbeitung von Reklamationen bis hin zur abschließenden Auftragserteilung.
