Aufgaben

• Sie unterstützen die Personalabteilung im Bereich des Bewerbermanagement und bei administrativen Tätigkeiten
• Personalunterlagen werden dabei von Ihnen vorbereitet und gepflegt
• Für Mitarbeiter sind Sie bei Standardanliegen eine zuverlässige Ansprechperson
• Die Pflege von Personalstammdaten, sowie die Ablage dieser und das Erstellen von Bescheinigungen fällt ebenso in Ihren Aufgabenbereich
• Sie unterstützen die Personalabteilung bei allen Aufgaben während des On- und Offboardings von Mitarbeitenden

Qualifikation

• Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. Industriekauffrau, Kauffrau für Büromanagement) oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
• Bestenfalls konnten Sie bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Verwaltung, der Assistenz oder im Personalbereich sammeln, eine HR-Spezialisierung ist nicht erforderlich
• Sie zeichnen sich durch eine hohe Diskretion aus
• Ihre Arbeitsweise ist äußerst strukturiert und organisiert
• Ihr Auftreten ist auch in stressigen Situationen repräsentativ, souverän und freundlich
• Sie können sich in Wort und Schrift sehr gut ausdrücken
• Gute EDV-Kenntnisse im MS-Office-Bereich runden Ihr Persönlichkeitsprofil ab
