Aufgaben

• Vertriebsanalyse & -skalierung: Struktur prüfen/neu aufsetzen, Sales-Funnel & KPIs definieren, Key-Account-Management (Ärzte/Kliniken) aufbauen
• Außendienststeuerung: Pipeline-Reviews, Forecasting, Zielvereinbarungen, Gebiets- und Terminplanung
• Prozessoptimierung & Standardisierung: Sales-, Order- und After-Sales-Prozesse definieren/automatisieren – Ziel: 90% operative To-dos von der GF entkoppeln
• Projektkoordination strategischer Initiativen & Go-to-Market: Produkteinführungen, Partnerprogramme, cross-funktionale Skalierungsprojekte
• Prioritäts- und Terminsteuerung der GF: Entscheidungsunterlagen, Meetingvorbereitung, To-do-Tracking und Follow-ups.

Qualifikation

• Kommunikationsstark, teamorientiert und souverän im Umgang mit Ärzten, Kliniken und internen Stakeholdern
• Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Umsetzungsstärke
• Analytisch & KPI-orientiert: sicher im Aufbau von Reporting- und Steuerungslogiken
• Praxis im B2B-Vertrieb, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen/Medizintechnik; Erfahrung im KAM und in der Steuerung von Außendienst-Teams
• Sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen (Combit CRM), sehr gute Excel-/BI-Skills und Affinität zur Prozessautomatisierung
• Sehr gutes Deutsch (C1) und gutes Englisch (B2), Reisebereitschaft ca. 20%; abgeschlossenes Studium (BWL, Wirtschafts-/Gesundheitsmanagement o. ä.) oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
