Als unabhängiger und eigentümergeführter Investment und Asset Manager für Wohnimmobilien sind wir seit über 25 Jahren am Markt tätig. Unsere Kunden sind namhafte institutionelle Anleger und Kapitalsammelstellen, für die wir ein bundesweites Immobilienportfolio betreuen und bei der Umsetzung ihrer Immobilienstrategien unterstützen. Unsere Organisationsstruktur ermöglicht eine maßgeschneiderte Betreuung mit höchster Aufmerksamkeit für den Kunden. Durch unsere langjährige Erfahrung verfügen wir über eine hohe vertikale Wertschöpfungstiefe in der Assetklasse Wohnen.

Aufgaben

• Entwicklung von Objekt- und Portfoliostrategien
• Steuerung und Monitoring der Strategieumsetzung
• Erstellung von Businessplänen und ergebnisverantwortliche Umsetzung inkl. Reporting
• Steuerung und Monitoring von Investitionen (Bestand, Neu-/Ausbau)
• Steuerung und Controlling der Zielvorgaben mit Projektpartnern wie Architekten, Beratern, Property Managern etc.
• Schnittstelle zu Fondsmanagement, Immobilienbewertung, Financial Service
• Mitwirkung bei An- und Verkäufen

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschafts- oder Ingenieurswissenschaften, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Immobilienwirtschaft
• Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Wohnimmobilien
• Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
• Sicheres Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke
• Ergebnisorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und unternehmerisches Denken
• Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, insb. Excel
