Aufgaben

• Du entwickelst kreative Leitideen und Kommunikationskonzepte, die über einzelne Maßnahmen hinausgehen.
• Du denkst nicht nur in Layouts und Kampagnen, sondern auch in Zielen, Zielgruppen und Ergebnissen. Du hinterfragst Briefings, erkennst Chancen und bringst eigene Ideen ein, die unsere Kundinnen und Kunden weiterbringen.
• Du übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Projekte und kannst unseren Kundinnen und Kunden Ideen und Konzepte gut vermitteln.
• Dabei weißt du, wie wichtig Content ist, und hast ein hervorragendes Gespür dafür, wie du ihn mithilfe deiner ausgefeilten Designs noch besser transportieren kannst.
• Du arbeitest eng mit den Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus Kundenberatung und Projektmanagement zusammen – so sorgst du für spür- und messbare Wirkung auf allen Kommunikationskanälen, von Magazin und Geschäftsbericht über Website und Social Media bis zum Kampagnenmotiv.
• Ob Print oder Digital – das ist für dich keine Frage. Du bewegst dich sicher in beiden Welten und verstehst ihre jeweiligen Stärken, Anforderungen und Möglichkeiten.

Qualifikation

• Du hast dein Designstudium abgeschlossen und Berufserfahrung bevorzugt in einer Agentur gesammelt. In Konzeption und Gestaltung bist du versiert.
• Mit der Adobe Creative Suite bringst du deine kreativen Ideen zum Leben, aber auch mit Microsoft 365 und Figma kommst du gut zurecht.
• Du beobachtest neue Technologien und Werkzeuge – von KI-gestützter Content-Erstellung bis zu innovativen Design-Workflows – und setzt sie sinnvoll ein.
• Den Feinschliff verleihst du mit deiner Persönlichkeit: Du bist kreativ, besitzt ein gutes Gespür für effektive Werbung, verstehst die Bedeutung von Usability und kannst Trends einschätzen sowie zwischen nachhaltigen Entwicklungen und kurzlebigen Hypes unterscheiden.
