Aufgaben

Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Labor, Produktion und unseren Kunden und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Beschichtungslösungen in der Praxis perfekt funktionieren.

• Du führst Freigabeprüfungen unserer Produktionsansätze im Rahmen der Qualitätssicherung durch
• Du prüfst die Verarbeitungseigenschaften von sowohl neu entwickelten als auch bestehenden Produkten sowie deren Optimierung zusammen mit der Entwicklungsabteilung
• Du bereitest Versuchskörper (Platten und Bauteile) für die Durchführung von internen und externen Brandprüfungen vor
• Du begleitest Produkteinführungen entweder intern oder direkt beim Kunden vor Ort
• Du entwickelst, dokumentierst und optimierst Applikationsprozesse
• Du führst Tests durch und bewertest die Ergebnisse (z. B. Haftung, Korrosionsschutz, Optik)
• Du kümmerst dich um die Wartung unserer Spritzgeräte

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Lackierer (m/w/d), Verfahrensmechaniker für Beschichtungstechnik (m/w/d), Lacktechniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Freude am selbständigen und systematischen Arbeiten
• Organisationstalent und Spaß am Arbeiten im Team
• Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich der lacktechnischen Applikationstechnik sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
• Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen
• sehr Gute Deutschkenntnisse und vorzugsweise auch Englischkenntnisse
