Auf Basis unserer OPTANO Plattform entwickeln wir passgenaue Software für erfolgreiche Unternehmen wie Automobilhersteller, Fluglinien und führende Strategie-Beratungen. OPTANO ist unsere Plattform für anwenderfreundliche Applikationen. Viele neue Ideen zur Visualisierung, Prozessunterstützung, Speicherung und schnelleren Berechnung warten noch auf Umsetzung und dafür brauchen wir Deine Unterstützung.

Als Analytics Software Engineer (m/w/d) arbeitest Du zusammen mit erfahrenen Kolleg*innen an der Weiterentwicklung der OPTANO Anwendungen und entwirfst auf Basis unserer OPTANO-Plattform projekt- oder kundenabhängige Softwaremodule. Deine Aufgabenbereiche sind abwechslungsreich und umfassen Bereiche wie Datenschicht, Berechnungslogik und Oberfläche.

Deine Aufgaben erstrecken sich über das gesamte Entwicklungsprojekt:

• Prüfen von Anforderungen
• Gestaltung der Architektur und der Oberfläche des Produktes
• Implementierung der Software
• Zielgerichteter Einsatz KI-gestützter Entwicklungswerkzeuge zur Unterstützung von Analyse, Implementierung, Testautomatisierung, Refactoring und Dokumentation
• Kritische Bewertung KI-generierter Vorschläge im Hinblick auf Codequalität, Wartbarkeit, Sicherheit, Performance sowie fachliche und technische Korrektheit.
• Sicherstellung der Qualität
• Deployment und Betrieb in einer verteilten Umgebung

Qualifikation

Auch wenn wir Softskills und ein gutes Miteinander für unabdingbar halten, sind ein paar Fachkompetenzen notwendig, um sich als Analytics Software Engineer (m/w/d) bei uns einbringen zu können:

• Berufserfahrung in Beratung oder vergleichbarer Projektarbeit inklusive präziser Kommunikation der erzielten Ergebnisse
• Erste praktische Erfahrung mit oder ausgeprägtes Interesse an KI-gestützter Softwareentwicklung sowie an der verantwortungsvollen Integration entsprechender Werkzeuge in den Entwicklungsalltag
• Guter Ausbildungs- oder Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Mathematik o.ä. ist wünschenswert
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in objektorientierter Programmierung
• Gute analytische Fähigkeiten
• Erfahrungen mit den typischen Entwicklungswerkzeugen (z.B. Microsoft Visual Studio oder JetBrains Rider)
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung, sind Erfahrungen in folgenden Bereichen:

• Entwicklung in ASP.NET Core und React
• Umgang mit Cloud-Technologien (z.B. Azure oder AWS)
• Continuous Integration (z.B. GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, JetBrains TeamCity)
• Continuous Delivery (Container-Technologien, z.B. Docker, Kubernetes)
• Data Pipelines/Datentransformationen
• Datenbank-Design und Object-Mapper (Entity Framework)
• Verwendung von Web-Frontend-Technologien (Bootstrap, SASS, CSS, JavaScript)
