Senior Full-Stack Developer
Overview
As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will be a key member of our expanding tech team, responsible for building, maintaining, and expanding our web applications. Your role will involve developing cutting-edge web applications using modern frameworks and technologies, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and user-friendly. We are looking for someone who can bring a fresh perspective to our team while also contributing to the development of our growing product portfolio.
Responsibilities
1. Application Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust web applications using modern web technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Design clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Ensure applications are scalable, secure, and meet performance requirements.
2. Frontend Development:
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces using modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications that work seamlessly across different devices and browsers.
- Create and maintain responsive and accessible frontend designs.
3. Backend Development:
- Develop and integrate backend services using languages and frameworks such as Python, Node.js, or Ruby on Rails.
- Work closely with developers to ensure APIs are well-documented, stable, and scalable.
- Implement and maintain secure and efficient backend services.
4. Testing and Deployment:
- Perform comprehensive testing, including unit, integration, and system testing, ensuring that applications meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy applications efficiently and effectively.
- Implement and maintain a robust testing and deployment pipeline.
5. Documentation and Training:
- Write clear, concise, and maintainable documentation for both frontend and backend components.
- Train new team members on best practices, technologies, and application development processes.
- Provide regular updates and support to ensure that applications remain up-to-date and effective.
6. Project Management:
- Participate in project planning, prioritization, and execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with the project team to identify and resolve issues, ensuring successful project completion.
- Lead the development of new projects, providing guidance and support to team members.
7. Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support, ensuring that customers have a positive experience.
- Work closely with support teams to ensure that support requests are resolved efficiently.
- Participate in regular team meetings and provide input on project progress and challenges.
Requirements
1. Technical Skills:
- Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js frameworks.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and basic front-end technologies.
- Experience with Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or other backend technologies.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
2. Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
- Experience with cloud-based development tools such as AWS, Azure, or Heroku.
- Experience with database design and management.
- Experience with API development and integration.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
3. Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Bonus Points
