Wir bei AdsMasters unterstützen führende Marken, internationale Händler und starke D2C-Brands dabei, ihr Amazon-Business nachhaltig zu skalieren. Als Senior Amazon Account Manager:in übernimmst du die Verantwortung für komplexe, strategisch relevante Kundenprojekte und gestaltest aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unserer Agentur mit.

Du arbeitest eng mit Kund:innen, Projektbeteiligten und unserem Management zusammen – immer mit einem klaren Qualitätsanspruch, echter Ownership und unserer „Still Day One“-Mentalität.

Aufgaben

• Strategische Steuerung großer oder komplexer Kundenaccounts mit Fokus auf Sponsored Products, Brands, Display und ggf. DSP
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung kanalübergreifender Kampagnenstrategien zur Erreichung definierter KPIs (TACoS, ROAS, Umsatz, Markenbekanntheit)
• Eigenverantwortliche Budget- und Forecastplanung inklusive saisonaler Performance-Steuerung
• Erstellung und Präsentation von Quartals- oder Jahresstrategien (Roadmaps, Performance-Prognosen, Handlungsempfehlungen)
• Fachliches Sparring und Coaching von Advertising Specialists und Junior-Manager:innen
• Aktive Mitarbeit an internen Prozessen, Qualitätsstandards und Skalierungsstrategien
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Teamleads, Geschäftsführung und anderen Abteilungen (Content, Creative, Project Management)
• Identifikation neuer Hebel, Formate und Tests zur kontinuierlichen Performance-Optimierung

Qualifikation

Deine Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 1–2 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Amazon Advertising (SP, SB, SD, ggf. DSP)
• Tiefgehendes Verständnis von Funnelaufbau, Segmentierung, Gebotsstrategien und Attributionsmodellen
• Sicherer Umgang mit Bulkfiles, Brand Metrics, Search Term Reports, Placements und Portfolios
• Analytische Stärke: Du erkennst Muster in Daten und leitest daraus klare Handlungsempfehlungen ab
• Erfahrung in der strategischen Kundenbetreuung – inklusive Präsentation von Ergebnissen und Performance-Analysen
• Strukturierte, proaktive und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Freude daran, Wissen weiterzugeben und andere Teammitglieder fachlich zu coachen
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2+)
