Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Location: Remote or Office-Based

Responsibilities:
1. Backend Development: Develop and maintain the company's backend server-side code using technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java. Ensure that the system is scalable, secure, and performs efficiently.
2. Database Management: Work with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB to design, develop, and optimize database schemas and queries. Ensure data integrity and performance.
3. Frontend Development: Develop and maintain the company's frontend using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Ensure a seamless user experience across devices.
4. API Development: Develop and maintain APIs for integration with third-party services and APIs. Ensure APIs are well-documented and can be easily integrated.
5. Testing and Deployment: Write unit tests and integration tests for backend and frontend code. Ensure that code is deployed to production environments using continuous integration and deployment tools.
6. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the front-end and back-end developers, designers, and product managers to understand project requirements and develop solutions. Collaborate effectively with the development team to deliver high-quality work.
7. Documentation: Write clear and concise documentation for code, including API documentation, to ensure that the codebase is easily maintainable and understandable.
8. Problem Solving: Identify and solve technical problems independently, including debugging, resolving configuration issues, and handling unexpected issues.
Requirements:
1. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React/Vue.
- Knowledge of Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java.
- Experience with backend database management systems like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and familiarity with third-party APIs.
- Understanding of continuous integration and deployment tools like Jenkins, Git, and Docker.
2. Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
3. Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in developing backend and frontend applications.
- Experience with full-stack development frameworks.
- Experience with database management systems and scripting languages.
- Experience with third-party APIs and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools.
4. Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Preferred:
- Experience with TypeScript or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Experience with performance testing tools.
