Für die operative Umsetzung unserer bereits ausgearbeiteten 360° KI-Firmenstrategie suchen wir eine erfahrene Person, die Verantwortung übernimmt und Ergebnisse liefert. Der Fokus liegt auf Umsetzung, technischer Steuerung und bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit.

Aufgaben

Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für die operative Umsetzung unserer KI-Transformation.

Dazu gehören insbesondere:

• Aufbau und Betrieb des AI Gateway
• Steuerung priorisierter Piloten
• Aufbau von Governance, Datenklassifizierung und Human-Review-Prozessen
• Leitung des AI War Rooms und bereichsübergreifende Steuerung der Umsetzung
• Schulung von AI Champions und Sicherstellung der Akzeptanz in den Fachbereichen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung, Development, RevOps, Vertrieb und Service

Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung als AI Lead, AI Program Lead, AI Platform Lead, CTO oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
• Erfahrung in der Einführung von AI Gateways, LLM-Routing, RAG und agentischen Workflows
• Gute Kenntnisse in Governance, Datenschutz, DSGVO und EU AI Act
• Erfahrung in der Steuerung bereichsübergreifender Teams und komplexer Transformationsprojekte
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse
• Bereitschaft zur vollen On-site-Präsenz in Berlin
