Wir sind WE BUILD AI und ein wachsendes Start-Up aus Köln. Wir bauen AI- und Data Solutions für den Mittelstand und Konzerne in Deutschland. Bei uns entstehen Systeme, die in Produktion gehen und Geld verdienen oder sparen. PoCs für die Schublade machen andere.
Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für unser Marketing. Das heißt: gemeinsam mit unserem Founder baust du Inbound und Outbound parallel auf, identifizierst unsere Wunschkund:innen, planst Kampagnen und setzt sie um. Vom ersten LinkedIn-Post bis zur fertigen ABM-Sequenz.

Aufgaben
- Du verantwortest unser Account Based Marketing, identifizierst Zielkund:innen im deutschen Mittelstand und baust personalisierte Kampagnen pro Account.
- Du baust unsere Lead Generation über LinkedIn und Outreach auf, entwickelst Sequenzen, testest Hooks und iterierst Messaging.
- Du übernimmst das Social Media Management, hauptsächlich LinkedIn, planst Content, redigierst Posts und entwickelst eigene Formate.
- Du planst und führst Kampagnen durch, von Webinaren über Whitepaper bis zu Eventreihen.
- Du setzt AI-Tools wie Claude, Notion, LaGrowth Machine & andere AI Tools gezielt ein, um Workflows zu automatisieren und Hebel zu bauen, die sonst ein dreiköpfiges Team braucht.
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Gründer und unseren AI-Expert:innen zusammen und übersetzt unsere Lösungen in Geschichten, die bei Kund:innen ankommen.
Qualifikation
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Erste praktische Marketing-Erfahrung in welcher Form auch immer, ob durch eigene Projekte, Werkstudent:innenjob, Agentur oder Inhouse. Skills sind uns wichtiger als Jahre im Lebenslauf.
- Du arbeitest täglich mit AI-Tools, baust eigene Prompts und kleine Automatisierungen, weil du gemerkt hast, dass du damit zehnmal schneller bist.
- Erfahrung mit LinkedIn als Marketing- und Sales-Kanal, idealerweise auch mit Outreach-Tools wie HeyReach, Lemlist oder Smartlead.
- Du schreibst gut und verstehst, was im B2B-Umfeld zieht.
- Du bist motiviert, eigenständig zu arbeiten und flexibel genug, dich in neue Themen und Aufgabenfelder einzuarbeiten.
