Wir sind ein spezialisiertes AI-Engineering- und FullStack-Team und bauen produktive LLM-/Agenten-Systeme für unsere Kunden — kein PoC-Theater, keine Powerpoint-Decks, keine „Slide-Architekten". Wir beraten partnerschaftlich auf Augenhöhe und liefern Software, die in Produktion läuft.

Du kannst hier Probleme lösen, ohne dass dich dabei Titel oder feste Rollendefinitionen einschränken — die gibt es bei uns nicht. Unsere Jobs sind nicht starr, sie dienen dir nur zur Orientierung. Du wirst nicht auf (d)einen Job begrenzt, sondern entwickelst dich quer durch AI Engineering, Backend, Platform und Consulting weiter. Du stehst mit deinen individuellen Zielen, Vorstellungen und Stärken im Vordergrund. Du gestaltest deine Karriere bei Arcode proaktiv mit.

Wichtig: Da wir eng mit unseren Kunden im DACH-Raum (Finanz, Versicherung, Public Sector, Industrie) zusammenarbeiten, sind exzellente Deutschkenntnisse (idealerweise muttersprachlich, mindestens C1) zwingend erforderlich — verhandlungssicheres Englisch setzen wir voraus.

Als AI Engineer (w/d/m) schreibst du nicht nur Notebooks und Prompts, du baust produktive GenAI-Systeme: Agenten, RAG-Pipelines, LLM-getriebene Workflows — end-to-end vom Use-Case-Workshop bis zum Production-Deployment.

Du arbeitest in crossfunktionalen, agilen Teams an Kundenprojekten und kommst dabei mit dem gesamten modernen GenAI-Stack in Berührung: pydantic-ai, LangChain/LangGraph, MCP (Model Context Protocol), OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock.

Zusammen mit deinem Team berätst du unsere Kunden bei Use-Case-Identifikation, Architektur-Entscheidungen (RAG vs. Fine-Tuning, Agent-Design, Tool-Use, Memory), Aufwandsschätzungen und der Auswahl geeigneter Vorgehensmodelle — du bist am gesamten AI-Lebenszyklus beteiligt.

Du analysierst Kundenanforderungen, entwirfst und implementierst agentenbasierte Lösungen, RAG-Pipelines über Unternehmensdaten, strukturierte LLM-Outputs (pydantic-Schemas, Tool-Use) und sorgst auch für gute Dokumentation.

Du behältst stets die Qualität auf dem Schirm — und das heißt bei AI: systematische Evals, Regression-Tests gegen Goldsets, Hallucination-Monitoring, Cost-per-Inference-Tracking, Prompt-Versionierung, Observability für Agent-Traces (OpenTelemetry, Langfuse, Phoenix).

Du nutzt moderne, automatisierte Ansätze und AI-native Entwickler-Workflows (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) zur Optimierung von Code, Fehlererkennung und für innovative Lösungen — wir leben "AI-native", nicht nur AI-für-Kunden.

Du integrierst deine LLM-/Agent-Komponenten sauber in bestehende Backend- und Frontend-Architekturen (Python/FastAPI, Node.js/TypeScript, Java, React/Angular) und sorgst für saubere Übergaben an die Plattform-Seite (Kubernetes, ArgoCD, MongoDB/pgvector, AWS/Azure).

Beratung liegt dir und du kannst dir vorstellen, unsere Kunden technologisch und/oder methodisch zu schulen (LLM-Use-Case-Workshops, Agent-Architektur-Reviews, AI-Governance-Beratung für regulierte Branchen). Dafür bringst du hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und gute Deutschkenntnisse mit.

Bonus, kein Muss: Eigene Publikationen / Open-Source-Beiträge / Konferenztalks im AI-Umfeld, Erfahrung mit Machine Unlearning, Privacy-Auditing, BaFin/EU-AI-Act, oder Edge-AI.
