Deine Aufgaben

KI & Automatisierung

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von KI-gestützten Workflows mit Claude AI und weiteren KI-Systemen
• Aufbau von KI-Agenten und Automatisierungen für Marketing, Vertrieb, Kundenservice und interne Prozesse
• Erstellung und Optimierung von Prompts, Automationen und Workflows
• Identifikation von Automatisierungspotenzialen im gesamten Unternehmen

Shopify & Webentwicklung

• Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer Shopify-Shops
• Erstellung und Optimierung von Homepages, Landing Pages und Sales Funnels
• Entwicklung verkaufsstarker Customer Journeys
• Implementierung neuer Funktionen und Integrationen

Systemintegration

• Anbindung und Integration von:

  • Shopify
  • HubSpot
  • Billbee
  • Google Workspace
  • Klaviyo
  • Meta/Facebook
  • Versand- und Logistiksystemen
  • ERP-, CRM- und Drittanbieter-Lösungen

• Einrichtung und Pflege von APIs, Webhooks und Datenflüssen

• Entwicklung automatisierter Prozesse mit Make, n8n oder vergleichbaren Plattformen

Daten & Prozesse

• Analyse bestehender Geschäftsprozesse
• Optimierung von Datenflüssen und Systemlandschaften
• Erstellung von Dashboards, Reports und Auswertungen
• Dokumentation und kontinuierliche Verbesserung aller Automatisierungen

Dein Profil

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Shopify
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Claude AI und modernen KI-Anwendungen
• Erfahrung mit HubSpot, Billbee und vergleichbaren Systemen
• Erfahrung mit API-Anbindungen und Automatisierungen
• Kenntnisse in Make, n8n, Zapier oder ähnlichen Plattformen
• Grundkenntnisse in HTML, CSS und JavaScript
• Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
