As a Virtual Assistant and Operations Support professional, you’ll be joining a dynamic and growing team dedicated to customer communication, onboarding, and day-to-day operations. With a focus on providing exceptional support, we prioritize efficiency and effective communication.
#### Responsibilities
- Onboarding Support: Help businesses onboard new employees or customers with a seamless experience, including email and calendar management, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Customer Communication: Handle customer inquiries, provide timely responses, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive customer and employee documentation, and generate reports as required.
- Day-to-Day Operations: Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and coordinating follow-ups.
#### Skills and Tools
- Proficient in Google Workspace, ClickUp, Airtable, Monday.com, Slack, Zoom, Zapier, and Make.
- Available to work 40 hours per week and across different time zones.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
