Job Description

Wir suchen ab sofort eine/n Account Director / Client Partner (f/m/d) in Vollzeit (40 Std./Woche) in München bei 5 Tagen Home Office / Monat.

Als Account Director / Client Partner (f/m/d) verantwortest du den langfristigen Erfolg, die Entwicklung und das Wachstum unserer Bestandskunden. Du führst Kunden strategisch, erkennst neue Potenziale und sorgst dafür, dass aus erfolgreichen Projekten langfristige Partnerschaften entstehen.

Dabei fungierst du als zentraler Sparringspartner auf Augenhöhe, steuerst Kundenprojekte gemeinsam mit unseren Fachbereichen und entwickelst kontinuierlich neue Maßnahmen, um die Ziele unserer Kunden und die Zusammenarbeit mit Moby Digg weiter auszubauen.

Dein Erfolg wird daran gemessen, wie gut du Kunden langfristig bindest, zusätzliche Umsatzpotenziale erschließt und Projekte wirtschaftlich zum Erfolg führst. Zu deinen wichtigsten KPIs zählen Retention, Kundenzufriedenheit (NPS), Umsatzwachstum bestehender Kunden sowie Upsell- und Cross-Sell-Umsätze.

Aufgaben

Dein Aufgaben:

  • Strategische Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Bestandskunden
  • Durchführung von Weekly-, Monthly- und Quarterly-Strategiegesprächen
  • Entwicklung von Wachstums- und Maßnahmenplänen für Kundenaccounts
  • Identifikation und Realisierung von Upselling- und Cross-Selling-Potenzialen
  • Steuerung von Projekten in den Bereichen Brand, Marketing und Talent
  • Verantwortung für Projektbudgets, Rentabilität und Ressourcenplanung
  • Koordination interner Teams zur erfolgreichen Projektumsetzung
  • Analyse von Kundenkennzahlen sowie Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit und langfristigen Kundenbindung
  • Einsatz moderner KI-Tools wie Claude zur Projektsteuerung, Recherche, Strukturierung und Effizienzsteigerung

Qualifikation

Erfolg wird gemessen an:

  • Umsatzentwicklung der betreuten Kunden
  • Upsell- und Cross-Sell-Umsatz
  • Kundenbindung (Retention)
  • Kundenzufriedenheit (NPS)
  • Erreichung der Kunden- und Projektziele

Dein Profil:

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Account Management, Client Service oder Projektmanagement in einer Digital-, Marketing- oder Branding-Agentur
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung mit Corporate Websites Launches & CMS, Landing-Page-Projekten und digitalen Werbekampagnen (Funnel/Meta/LinkedIn/TikTok/Google)
  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Kundenprojekten im digitalen Marketingumfeld
  • Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch (Schrift und Sprache)
  • Hohe Beratungs- und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Unternehmerisches, strategisches Denken und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit KI-Tools wie Claude, ChatGPT oder vergleichbaren Systemen

Gehalt:
