Deine Mission:

Für unseren Kunden Coca-Cola entwickelst Du Promotions, Aktivierungen und Sell-in-/Sell-out-Konzepte, die im Außer-Haus-Markt Wirkung entfalten. Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde, Agenturteam und externen Partnern steuerst Du Projekte von der ersten Idee bis zum Rollout mit strategischem Blick, kreativer Denke und sicherem Gespür für Timings, Budgets und Trends.

Aufgaben

• Ganzheitliche Betreuung und Beratung von Coca-Cola rund um Promotions, Konzepte und Aktivierungen im Außer-Haus-Markt
• Entwicklung von Sell-in- und Sell-out-Maßnahmen inklusive kreativer Ideenfindung und konzeptioneller Ausarbeitung
• Planung, Koordination und Steuerung von Promotions und Aktivierungen vom Briefing über Freigaben bis zum Rollout
• Projektmanagement von A bis Z inklusive Timings, Ressourcensteuerung, Qualitätssicherung und termingerechter Auslieferung
• Steuerung externer Partner und Dienstleister sowie Koordination interner Teams wie Kreation, Text, Fotostudio und Produktion
• Entwicklung überzeugender PowerPoint-Präsentationen für Konzepte, Status-Updates und Entscheidungen
• Budgetverantwortung inklusive Kalkulationen, Angeboten, Kostenkontrolle und Abrechnung
• Beobachtung relevanter Trends im Außer-Haus-Markt, FMCG, Shopper Marketing, Handel und POS sowie Übersetzung in proaktive Kundenempfehlungen

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene werbefachliche Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Kommunikation, Marketing, Wirtschaft oder vergleichbar
• Erfahrung in der Kundenberatung einer Agentur, idealerweise in Promotions, Shopper Marketing, Handelsmarketing, FMCG oder POS-Aktivierung
• Souveränes Auftreten im Kundenkontakt sowie ausgeprägte Beratungs- und Präsentationsstärke
• Strukturierte, selbstständige und pragmatische Arbeitsweise mit Hands-on-Mentalität
• Sehr gute Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten und sicherer Umgang mit Timings, Budgets, Freigaben und Qualitätssicherung
• Sicherheit in PowerPoint und die Fähigkeit, Konzepte, Status- und Entscheidungsunterlagen klar und überzeugend aufzubereiten
• Gutes Gespür für Marken, Zielgruppen, Trends, Handel und aktivierende Kommunikation
• Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und Teamgeist in der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, internen Teams und externen Partnern
