Wir begleiteten Organisationen beim Betrieb komplexer IT‑Services. In diesem Umfeld übernehmen wir Verantwortung für stabile, sichere und regelkonforme IT‑Lösungen – insbesondere dort, wo Verfügbarkeit, Nachvollziehbarkeit und Compliance von zentraler Bedeutung sind.

Zur Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Kunden im Umfeld kritischer Infrastrukturen suchen wir einen Account Manager (m/w/d) Managed Services.

Was dich erwartet:

• Verantwortung für die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kunden im KRITIS-Umfeld
• Zentrale Ansprechperson (m/w/d) für alle kaufmännischen und vertraglichen Themen im Account
• Weiterentwicklung von Managed‑Services‑Leistungen (Betrieb, Support, SLA‑basierte Services)
• Steuerung von Angebots‑, Vertrags‑ und Verlängerungsprozessen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Service Delivery, Technik, Architektur und Projektmanagement
• Abstimmung von Leistungsinhalten, SLAs und Service‑Modellen entsprechend regulatorischer Vorgaben
• Aufbau langfristiger, vertrauensvoller Kundenbeziehungen auf Entscheidungs‑ und Managementebene

Darauf freuen wir uns:

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Account Management oder servicenahen Vertrieb von IT‑Leistungen
• Erfahrung mit Managed Services und/oder IT‑Betriebsmodellen
• Idealerweise Berührungspunkte mit KRITIS‑relevanten Kunden oder regulierten Umfeldern
• Verständnis für betriebliche IT‑Strukturen, Service‑Level‑Modelle und Vertragswerke
• Strukturierte, verlässliche Arbeitsweise und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Sehr gute Deutsch‑ sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
