Fulfillment ist bei uns keine Supportfunktion. Fulfillment ist Wiederkauf, Referral und Reputation.
Aufgaben
Als Account Manager verantwortest du den gesamten Kundenprozess nach dem Onboarding – von der ersten Roadmap bis zum abgeschlossenen Projekt und dem nächsten Upsell.
Du bist nicht Verwalter. Du bist Ergebnisverantwortlicher.
Täglich:
• Kunden-Status prüfen: Blocker, offene To-dos, Deadlines – proaktiv, nicht reaktiv
• Kundenkommunikation führen: klar, strukturiert, ohne dass Kunden nachhaken müssen
• Interne Koordination mit Beratern, Steuer-/Legal-Experten und Backoffice
• Deliverables prüfen und freigeben: fachlich und optisch auf Premium-Niveau
• Risiken früh erkennen und eskalieren – bevor es knallt
Wöchentlich:
• Kunden-Review: Fortschritt, Ergebnisse, nächste Schritte
• Fulfillment-Woche planen: Kapazitäten, Prioritäten, Deadlines
• Upsell- und Upgrade-Potenziale identifizieren und an Vertrieb übergeben
• Case Capture: Kundenergebnisse dokumentieren für Marketing und Vertrieb
Inhaltlich begleitest du Projekte zu:
• Holdingstruktur (GmbH + Holding-GmbH, steuerliche Vorteile)
• Betriebliche Altersvorsorge für GGF (Pensionszusage, U-Kasse, Direktversicherung)
• Kapitalanlageimmobilien (Cashflow, AfA, Finanzierung)
• Steueroptimierung und Firmenstruktur
• Alternative Investmentfonds und Club Deals (Grundkenntnisse)
Du musst kein Steuerberater sein – aber du musst Kunden inhaltlich führen, Fragen einordnen und korrekt eskalieren können.
Kunden-Rhythmus:
• Onboarding SLA: innerhalb 48–72h nach Deal startklar (Kickoff, Ziele, Roadmap)
• Wöchentlich: Statusupdate + nächste Schritte + Deliverables
• Quarterly: Outcome Report + Plan nächste Phase + Upsell-Gespräch
Qualifikation
• 2–5 Jahre Erfahrung im Account Management, Client Success, Projektmanagement oder Beratung
• Idealerweise Hintergrund in Finanzberatung, Steuerberatung, Wirtschaftskanzlei oder ähnlichem
• Nachweisliche Ergebnisse: NPS > 8, Retention > 80 %, Upsell- oder Verlängerungserfahrung
• Extrem organisiert und proaktiv: du wartest nicht, du handelst
• Kommunikationsstark schriftlich und im Call – Premium-Tonalität
• Deutsch C2, sauberes Auftreten
• Du wohnst in oder um Mainz – oder bist bereit umzuziehen
Inhaltliche Basis (Pflicht oder schnelle Lernbereitschaft):
• Grundverständnis Holdingstruktur und steuerliche Optimierung
• Grundkenntnisse betriebliche Altersvorsorge (bAV) für GGF
• Interesse an Kapitalanlageimmobilien, alternativen Investments
• Verständnis für Unternehmerprobleme: Steuerlast, Vermögensschutz, Altersvorsorge
Nice to have:
• Erfahrung mit Notion, Google Workspace, Projektboards
• Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Beratungsprojekten mit mehrmonatiger Laufzeit
• Eigenes Interesse an Vermögensaufbau und Unternehmertum
