Dann passt diese Position genau zu dir: Bei uns betreust du internationale B2B-Kund:innen direkt – über das gesamte digitale Spektrum hinweg, von Social-Media-Projekten bis zur laufenden Betreuung digitaler Präsenzen. Du bist Sparringspartner:in für deine Kund:innen, treibst Themen aktiv voran und arbeitest dabei eng mit unseren interdisziplinären Teams aus Kreation, Konzeption und Entwicklung zusammen.

Aufgaben

Als Account Manager / Consultant (m/w/x) – Digital verantwortest du eigenständig die Betreuung deiner Kund:innen und steuerst gemeinsam mit dem Team die Entwicklung und Umsetzung digitaler Projekte. Dabei bist du sowohl strategisch als auch operativ am Werk:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung internationaler B2B-Kund:innen – vom Briefing bis zum Reporting
  • Steuerung von Projekten und Retainern inkl. Timings, Budgets und Qualitätssicherung
  • Strategische Beratung in den Bereichen Social Media, digitale Kommunikation, Webpräsenzen und AI Visibility (Generative Engine Optimization)
  • Mitentwicklung und Präsentation von Konzepten, Kampagnen-Strategien und Empfehlungen
  • Steuerung von Social-Media-Kampagnen, Content-Formaten und Paid-Social-Maßnahmen inkl. Ableitungen konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen aus Reportings
  • Laufende Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Webpräsenzen unserer Kund:innen
  • Enges Teamwork mit Kreation, Konzeption und Entwicklung
  • Trendscouting im digitalen Umfeld und Identifikation passender KI-Tools

Qualifikation

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Agenturumfeld mit Schwerpunkt digitale Kommunikation, Social Media und Web
  • Erfahrung in der eigenverantwortlichen Betreuung von Kund:innen – du kennst die Anforderungen im Tagesgeschäft einer Agentur und gehst souverän damit um
  • Präsentationssicherheit, Kommunikationsstärke und ein selbstbewusstes Auftreten gegenüber Kund:innen
  • Fundiertes Verständnis für Social Media und digitale Kommunikationskonzepte
  • Interesse an aktuellen Entwicklungen rund um AI Visibility und die Sichtbarkeit von Marken in KI-getriebenen Suchen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen CMS-Systemen und in der Steuerung von Web-Projekten
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, (Online-) Medienmanagement oder vergleichbar – für uns zählt vor allem Fachwissen und Engagement
