Job Title: Full-Time IT Support Technician
Location: Berlin, Bonn, Essen
Description:
Join our European IT Consultancy, a reputable firm that specializes in providing IT solutions and services to clients across Germany. We are looking for a Full-Time IT Support Technician to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Support:
- Provide technical support to clients, ensuring they have a smooth and efficient experience with our software and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on various IT systems, including software, hardware, and network components.
- Assist in the implementation and troubleshooting of new technologies and software upgrades.
2. Customer Service:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing clear and helpful solutions.
- Conduct initial installation and setup of our software and services.
- Assist with training and support for clients, ensuring they are comfortable with our products and services.
3. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other members of the IT department to ensure the seamless delivery of projects.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress and issues.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your technical skills and knowledge.
4. Professionalism:
- Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times, providing excellent customer service.
- Adhere to the company's policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CISSP, etc. (Preferred but not required).
- Language: Fluent in English and German (preferred but not required).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT systems, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
